VMware View, Windows 7 virtualized desktops. It's still on the desk, so temps haven't been tested, but it should be fine as it's all certified hardware. I work IT in an education environment.

We'll run 32 machines on a M60. If demands increase in the future, we can scale accordingly.
I don't, honestly. NVIDIA has been a solid partner since we started desktop virtualization, and we haven't considered changing since that initial pilot phase.
Maybe in the future. So far we're only running Adobe CC, but are working on bringing more software into the mix.
