Note 4 has Mediatek, the Note 4 with Snapdragon has less powerful SoC than the RN3P and is missing most LTE bands.
Upon careful lurking other csg's, some anons claimed that they have good enough support of the official clean android roms. That has me convinced me to get one. Also see link above.
In regards to custom roms tho, support is limited. But with the clean android roms there's not much else to look forward to anyway, for me at least.
