BTN is ratioless, PTP's point system is ez, everything on GGn is FL for 6 hours after being uploaded, EMP is ridiculously kind, a single audiobook upload on Bib will give you enough buffer for dozens of books, HDB makes things easier to snatch on home connections, KG constantly has featured torrents that are easy to build buffer on (which is nice in my case since I'm never looking for a particular film to download from there anyway) people apply it to ratio-based sites like WCD/PTH because they are too slow to figure out how to get a morsel of upload there

Just a meme I've read here a couple of times.
My knowledge of end-game trackers is very restricted but for some reason I thought they wouldn't have a bonus point system. I imagined them like "either you upload or you're gone".
If I want to get anywhere near those trackers you guys mentioned I need to at least be PU on AB right? To get into the invite forum, etc.
I have a pretty good home connection, fiber 300/300 but I don't have any content to upload so it's not possible for me.
So why don't people do this, seeing how many requests there are? Is it hardware intensive or just a chore?
