Using Gentoo when Debian has apt-src

>Using Gentoo when Debian has apt-src
explain yourselves gentoos

Uhhh Uhhhhhh....

What's the over there!

*runs away*

Because Gentoo is love.
Gentoo is life.

Gentoo is dreck

But I use arch.

>not using Source Mage GNU/Linux

LMAO

gentoo+debian user here

you literally don't know what you are meme'ing about

(you) now piss off

Because apt-src isn't easy to use, the debian repos are shit, and apt isn't half as capable as portage.

Wrong.

apt is one of the worst package managers i have used.

Wrong! Sad!

So use apt-get ya whinny bitch

Meanwhile portage is made to build your system.

>using gentoo when debian has apt-build
explain yourselves gentoos

>Using Gentoo when Source Mage exists
shiggy diggy

>using GUHNOO/Loonix when Windows 10 exists
you should all die in a fire

Aufs Maul?

Debian Stable is old as fuck.
Debian Testing doesn't get security updates in time
Debian Sid is about as stable as Arch, yet is still older with smaller repositories.

Gentoo Stable on the other hand is fairly modern and just as stable as Debian Stable while having literally everything in its repositories.

Gentoo has a shitload more packages and actual utilities to really manage source-level options. Moreover, its packages aren't bugs wrapped in feature clothes, and everything just works.

Even microsoft employees hate windows 10 (and all microsoft products in general, citing that they don't work for shit, ever, even with all the special bindings and service tie-ins we get in-house through vpn-accessible resources)

i used apt-build to "emerge world" once
its a giant clusterfuck show and not in the good kind however that could be good.

also you use the right tool for the right job

Both are terrible distros. But if I had to choose, then Gentoo.
