True Danish

>Denmark’s genetic history has never been studied in detail. In this work, we analysed genetic and anthropometrical data from ~800 Danish students as part of an outreach activity promoting genomic literacy in secondary education. DNA analysis revealed remarkable homogeneity of the Danish population after discounting contributions from recent immigration. This homogeneity was reflected in PCA and AMOVA, but also in more sophisticated LD-based methods for estimating admixture. Notwithstanding Denmark’s homogeneity, we observed a clear signal of Polish admixture in the East of the country, coinciding with historical Polish settlements in the region before the Middle Ages. In addition, Denmark has a substantially smaller effective population size compared to Sweden and Norway, possibly reflecting further lack of strong population structure. None of these three Scandinavian countries seems to have suffered a depression due to the Black Death in the Middle Ages. Finally, we used the students’ genetic data to predict their adult height after training a novel prediction algorithm on public summary statistics from large GWAS. We validated our prediction using the students’ self-reported height and found that we could predict height with a remarkable ~64% accuracy.

Nope, just live there and work remotely for other country

Nope

Sub-human Slav turned Svecoman
How charming

Huh. What's the use? You could live anywhere and you chose Poland.

You call someone subhuman yet it was Finns that were treated like ones.

You don't fit Europe in any way. Get a real native Finn put it next to a Pole, English and German and he looks fucking alien, straight from Asia.

If he's working remotely for some other country, he's most likely getting a western wage with polish prices. Great deal if you ask me.

Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz

>What's the use? You could live anywhere and you chose Poland.
Yes, because I feel the best in Poland, almost like home, I like this country and the people
Yes, indeed

white catholics

Whatever floats your boat I guess.

>exactly like home
>but not quite
Boland is like uncanny valley of countries.

Is it hard to learn Polish? Should I go to language courses here or learn on my own? I've got 4 months to get to A1 at least.

true masterrace

>Is it hard to learn Polish? Should I go to language courses here or learn on my own? I've got 4 months to get to A1 at least.
For westerner sure, shouldn't be for you.

Heck, I'm from Podlaskie and I communicated with most belarussian's I've met without a problem.

I figured that much, but if you have this kind of freedom you can min-max your options. Like if you like certain kind of climate, you can go south, if you like wealthy countries, you can go there, if you like home, you can stay home. Poland just seems average/suboptimal in every regard. Not that I think my opinion matters or anything.

>menstrual stain compliments bloody towel

What next, Singapore or Indonesia?

>but not quite
It's only because I don't yet speak Polish as a native. Not yet, but I will one day
>Is it hard to learn Polish?
Fucking yes. Much harder than English/Italian, I speak only those, so can't compare with the rest
>Should I go to language courses here or learn on my own? I've got 4 months to get to A1 at least.
I would pick private teacher, courses are too simple and 90% of stupid bulbas will hold you behind, you'll just loose your time
Muh opinion
Private teacher > courses in poland > shit > piss > worm-faggot -> courses in BednoRus

>I'm from Podlaskie

It's very easy to understand, but it takes a lot of time to learn to speak properly, without mistakes
It's because polish grammar is almost, but not quite the same as russian, so it takes a hell lot of practice to get rid of "russian" way of speaking polish

I prefer the potato sausage from local cuisine ;^)

Pamiętam kiedys kupowałem w sklepie i powiedziałem majtasy zamiast matiasy. Wstyd w chuj.

>Poproszę trzy płaty majtasów

>so it takes a hell lot of practice to get rid of "russian" way of speaking polish
Huh, I guess. It depends on how self-conscious about your language you are I suppose then.

>once great

>real native Finn
Not this meme again that all non-Sami looking Finns are mixed
Just kys

>Fucking yes. Much harder than English
Wow I had no idea. You truly are the purveyor of bad news. How long did it take you to got to this mode when you can formulate your sentences in Polish in your head without having to translate from Russian first? I hope you get what I mean.

>Slavic language they say
>it will be easy they say

>meme

It's just that what a Pole would say in three sentences, Russian would say in one.

Not our fault, they're simplistic.

>tfw a difference between a statement and a question is just in intonation

Literally animal grunts

bga101.blogspot.com/2012/04/so-whos-most-european-of-us-all.html

>blogspot
Literally same as this

polishgenes.blogspot.com/

>simplistic
The right word is "succinct" you inanimate thing.

>when you can formulate your sentences in Polish in your head without having to translate from Russian first?
Pretty soon really. But I was trying to achieve this asap, because I had some experience learning English and Italian, so I kinda "felt" what the real goal is. I think if you'll learn hard it will take not more than couple of month
I had most problems with grammar (like in russian you "ждeшь кoгo-тo", in polish "czekasz NA kogoś", "мaшинкa для cтpижки гoлoвы" - "maszynka DO golenia głowy" etc.) and words, which are similar to russian/belorussian. The thing is, when you hear them or read them - you just understand them without paying any attention. Next time you'll want to say something - you will just not remember this word

But on Ravshan-Dzhumshut level it's easy to learn polish
> It depends on how self-conscious
Yeah, kinda. But I haven't had such problem in English or Italian, I suppose I speak those languages much worse, but I feel I speak better

You would speak the same language as us if you didn't forsake Belarusian.

Your own fault.

Jestes tą białorusinką studentką z warszawy ?:D

Your point being?

cute, CUTE!

That site I gave you literally claims we're Scandinavian.

I wouldn't take "blogspot" seriously.
