Anyone here got advice on how to get a Greencard/permanent residency?

Anyone here got advice on how to get a Greencard/permanent residency?

I am a German citizen, looking to get a green card for America. It seems it is next to impossible to get one, unless if through marriage. Therefore, I am asking if any girl is willing to marry me to give me a green card. In exchange, I will provide for you, pay rent/and all other bills for our shared residence, and among other things (within reason).
So if you're interested, hit me up in this thread.

Could be possible too.

Try getting a legit gf first, who just so happens to be american. Then marry her and get green card.

HE POSTED HIS EMAIL

BOYS YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO

Why not just go through with the normal immigration process? From what I've read, our immigration laws are more lenient than other countries.

oh boy you must be either a troll or completely retarded.

Where did you read that, Trump's fansite?

American citizenship has been nigh unattainable for decades now, at least unless you are a genius scientist or have a family there. The process may take decades, even.

Ohhh, pls rescue me, my throwaway email might get spammed by le anonimus legion. ;___;

That statement was based off of comparing the US immigration laws compared to a couple European countries laws. My bad though, it's been awhile since I read that and maybe it's unfair to compare the two.
What do you think would be more reasonable laws for us?

Have you been to the US before for a longer amount of time?

US is easily in the bottom 10% of countries I would like to live in that I have stayed in for more than two weeks.

Different strokes for different folks, I get it but man.
I'd rather make sure I'd actually want to live there if the immigration process was as difficult as it is for the US.

>US is easily in the bottom 10% of countries I would like to live in

I understand fairly well that US wants to severely limit immigration, however ironic it is for a nation of immigrant origins. Perhaps a system that would enable faster sorting of immigrants, such as an adaptation of canadian point system would help sort immigrants apart faster, with a higher point threshold than Canada. Keeping people hoping for decades is just cruel, in my opinion, at least refuse them up front.

I haven't really got anything against the laws, just the way the proceedings go. I believe it could be more effective, though I understand US has a huge load of wannabe immigrants.

What I meant is that a point system could set a flexible treshold, so the immigrants could be sorted near- automatically.

Also, married persons with whole families immigrating to the us should have reduced points in such a system, to lessen the creation of shut-in communities and instead make the immigrants blend in with the US majority.

Hope I make sense

>Le benis pic
No seriously though, I grew a mean beard. Lemme send you some pictures.

Honesy question. Don't German women do that? Like pay me to act like we're married or something.

Might as well post this again.

Look for a desperate minority girl like asians or latinas. They'd be the first to marry you for the BGC

Ah, thank you Czech user.
I was only looking at the laws themselves, not checking proceedings or how they're enforced. So my bad for being a retard.
I just looked up Canada's new system and that actually looks really good. Makes more sense than the years of residence that most countries require.

>I am a German citizen
Mehmet.

We just have a test for citizenship to make sure they're on board with the freedom. Compared to the shitshows in Sweden, Germany and the UK I'd say it's doing the job.

Pretend you're a Nazi rocket scientist, we like those.

I think the green card wait is only 6-10 years for shithole countries. I think it's relatively fast for europe.

That's actually very accurate.
Why not try Canada?
Citizenship test is easy, what leads up to it is difficult.
Only reason I found about is is because I was asking people, since the laws themselves seemed leniant enough to me, but experienced people explained how things were with a bemused grin. Sorry for calling you a retard. has a very accurate infochart.

Any idea how long it is for canada? I heard "relatively fast" but I don't know what exactly that means.

I might if it wasn't a romantic relationship. I am not forced to have sex with you and can have sex with others as I please.

just immigrate to russia

modern day USA is no different than a soviet tier shithole satellite state.

You mean for a Canadian moving to the states, or someone moving to Canada?

I know my father got an O-1 issued in about 2 months, but that's not immigration intent. I'm guessing it depends on how influential your petitioner is.

Person moving to canada for work, I mean.

This chart makes it look like kicking unskilled labourers out of your country is a bad thing

what the hell

Of course it's not a romantic relationship if we don't want. Shoot me an email and we can discuss details if you're really interested.

If I wasn't already married, I'd help you and your BGC

Wow.
You're really willing to cuck yourself for the rest of your life for an american citizenship?
What is so wrong about Germany, anyways? I like your country a lot, I love the cities, you have sea access and get away with imposing your values on the rest of european union even after your attempt with the Reichs.

Like, fuck
I'm gonna go voluneering to your country just to learn the language

Aside from somewhat limited firearm rights and high popularion there is literally nothing to hate, Germany is fucking wonderful.

>Citizenship test is easy
I mean that it serves as a check against people who just want to make here look like whatever hellhole they crawled out of. Yes, the test itself isn't difficult but I like that petitioners have to learn WHY the Constitution has the amendments that it does for example, and hopefully understand not just the rights but the responsibilities of living in a post-enlightenment democracy. (Well, democratic republic.) It's not just "Fresh off the boat/where's the welfare office/sharia now!"
I'll climb back out of my own butthole now.

>nothing to hate

Hello, Mehmet.

How am I cucking myself, m8? I'd just like to live over there instead of here.

I bet you OP works in a US embassy in goymany and is trying to make it sounds as if any yuropean still wants to immigrate to that kike kolhoz.

Don't even get me started on america, they are either racists or feminists, extremely conservative or extremely liberal with nothing in between. If you hate immigration, there are so many places where whites are outnumbered and hated you wouldnt believe it. And you have to lick their fucking feet for them not to cry racism.

Fuck off Miguel

That "fresh of the boat" takes well over a decade pal. If you dont keep your job youre going fucking home. It doesnt work that way. Not for the parents, may for their children.

Expanding on Czech user's post, what's wrong with Germany? I've been looking into immigration into it or one of its neighbors. Aside from the refugees, it seems great.

... said the North Korean ambassador to Poland.

how hard can it be to immigrate? over 2m do every year, most of which are legal

You're cucking yourself by making yourself a toy to a hydra you barely know that just wants a source of money to keep up a vain lifestyle while making your life hell if you dont cater to her every. fucking. wish.

...

Very. Check infochart if you want the short version.

Vast majority of those immigrants immigrate based on family, not profession.

Nothing, Germany is great. I've lived in Berlin and Nuremberg, both are nice, especially Nuremberg. But I'd just prefer to live in America.

wow thats messed up. its just making it more likely that 3rd worlders can come than actually good citizens

True, but I'd make sure I'm not marrying a cunt that wants to drain me. Also, after a couple years a divorce is possible.

Now you know why trump wants to change it.

Well then, reconsider that preferrence, because it will cost you a lot with bringing you little. I'm making literal fees, too. There are tons of them.

Seriously, if you HAVE to, at least consider Canada as an alternative. It's much easier to just immigrate upfront in there.

Couple? You have to wait until you get a green card for three years to be eligible to APPLY for a green card. And then there are the decade long trials and tribulations.

It's not a couple, it's a portion of your life.

I'm saving your fucking ass user.

Did you read this?

Yeah, Canada is an option too, although I'd prefer USA.
I have an uncle over there with the US citizenship but sadly, this doesn't help me because he's not close enough related to me, apparently.

Okay, maybe not a decade, but are you sure you want 6-7 years of hell? She could send you home anytime she wanted. Plus if you divorced you will be in scope for a marriage scam.

It can be done but it is very difficult. Just be aware of that.

Wait, I thought green card though marriage is easy and quick to get?

Maybe your uncle could use some connections or something to help you get employed.

As easy as it goes, three years just for the card, then even longer for citizenship. And they will do a real deep check on you if they suspect you of a marriage fraud.

Technically you -could- marry a dude now.
Just throwing that out there. No homo.

Oh I see where you're going
You dirty dirty kraut-predator.

He gets citizenship, I get a free live-in auto mechanic. What's wrong with that?

If you're cool, we can totally do a bromance, m8. Email me.

>If you're cool
Damn, So close and yet so far.

Not sure what you mean.

>He's literally selling his asshole now
I'm done with this guy

I'm not cool.
Naah, no butt stuff here, just a fake-gay green-card wedding like in the sitcoms.

Don't even get me started on Czechistan. They are either porn stars or porn addicts with nothing in between.

t.Abdul

I'd say it's more t. Adoph fearing he might have to see a black dude

>Fearing he might have to see a black dude
>60% white

>Memes

There are like 6% Muslims in Germany m8, and 7.5% in France

France is not white
>10% Arabs
>5% Niggers
>2% Chinks
>3% Various sub human Mix of Turks, Kurds and Armenians

% Arabs
No, 7.5% (seen on Courier International, stats of 2015)
% Niggers
It's actually more about 2%, outside of Paris Blacks are very rre
>2% Chinks
Lol
>3% Various sub human Mix of Turks, Kurds and Armenians
And ? Turks bring kebab and the rest are acceptable.

Marseille and Paris vs Frankfurt and Berlin who has more whites = win

That's actually a pretty neat system all things considered. The "fuck your way" into citizenship needs to go though, since it enables illegal immigration. That and the H-2B is extremely misused (see: IT) so it could be revamped and minimized tbqh.

There are ways, but you can't just know on the door and say "Hey I want in". Even if you are qualified and have enough savings to support yourself for a while. Unless you get an investor visa, but you need like half a million to get one of those.

You either need family connections or an H1 visa, but sort of need to be there before in order to get the employer to sponsor you. There also a lottery, but it is well ... a lottery, very hard to win, and only certain countries can participate.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it's not easy.

t. Want to immigrate desperately

> The "fuck your way" into citizenship needs to go though, since it enables illegal immigration.
I'm not sure what you mean, it's legal by definition. The 'anchor baby' loophole is more of a concern at this point.

Why do you have that rule anyway? Is it retroactive? I mean if say a French couple are doing a PhD in America and they have the baby in America and then go to France, can the boy claim American citizenship later in his life for being born in American soil? Or it only works if he is registered at birth?

Basically, yes. In your example the child could live his entire life in France and never know he was eligible, or he could produce his birth certificate from a US hospital and claim his US passport at any time just as if he was raised here. It was only recently made a point of contention when expectant mothers would cross illegally hoping to deliver while in country; the child would be eligible for citizenship which the rest of the family could use as leverage to skirt the normal migration process. I don't know if it's still a big deal, or if it really was ever one in the first place. (We do like to manufacture outrage sometimes.)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birth_tourism

But can you work and live in US without being citizen?

You can get a work or study visa, yes. In fact the vast majority of our illegal immigrants aren't border-jumpers, they are migrant workers who have overstayed on expired visas.

It's hard to immigrate to America if you don't have a loophole
Pooinloos have h1b visas
Mexicans and many Latinos in general, have some family, etc

No
It was for slaves

Not kidding people who abuse anchor babies are taking advantage of a law made to give slaves American rights

>you need to be there before
Not if you have ins such as Indian outsourcing firms :^)

I love America because almost every laws sounds okay on paper but is actually horribly abused constantly

If you do end up being able to come to America, you Mir want to check out this organization (wwoofusa.org/). Sounds like you wouldn't have anywhere to go except for that uncle of yours, so this could probably help.

good luck to you and your virginity, OP

Get a work visa or something, in other words try before you buy

Naah, we just don't make 'em citizens. Best of both worlds.
