Atleast wait until you can compare.
But its a pretty basic rule:
a single smaller fan has to spin faster than three big ones to achieve the same level of cooling.
And the faster the fan the louder it is.
And since many of these cards are more efficient in cooling they can overclock them a bit.
Its a pretty good deal, unless you buy a EVGA card. Because they explose.
