You don't need a "Keygen" for using the windows anytime upgrade, you just use any OEM SLP key and even when it "fails", you just reboot and it will change the version.

You can't "Upgrade" from different architecture, aka, 32 to 64 neither 64 to 32.
Just use the same key you have on the side/below your pc/laptop. You can reinstall the same sku for both arch.

You didn't answer the question, how do you activate it?
You still need to reinstall 64 bit version and activate it again, for the looks of it you just used a kms activator for the activation, so, install 64 bit version again and activate it with kmspico. No way around that.

No you didn't, your install id is from a KMS key, not a Retail key.
Just download any windows 7 64 bit iso and install it again, use your "legit key"

If you look up other tutorials you can extend the trial to up to a year. You should re-install Windows yearly anyway, so no need to ever activate.
If you're running Windows 10 you don't ever need to activate at all. You still get all the security updates, you just can't change the theme or wallpaper.

Keys aren't 32 or 64 bit specific, they work for both architecture equally.
