Which position is higher?

which position is higher?
>boss
>managing director
>chairman
>president
>ceo

Depends if the person is in question is Asian. They're relatively small.

they could all have the same function, responsibilities

its not about the label/title .. theres no set definition for it

you can call yourself cum slurping fuccboi officer and run Apple

It doesn't matter. They all answer to the Bogdanoffs.

Toilet cleaner.

lol i always thought that was a dude
fuckin marxists....

>the chip that ruined Asia

This. These labels are titles and no two companies have CEOs etc with the exact same responsibilities etc.

Chairman [of the Board]
CEO-Managing Director-President
Boss

Owner
>public company cucks think they actually have power

Board > Chairman > President/CEO > Managing Director > CTO

In bigger companies, president is actually at the bottom of the executive level, with the Chairman being at the top, followed by CEO and other board members/executives

MD doesn't even belongs in executive level. They're at the upper tier of mid-level management. MD is basically what you call as "boss", in the sense that MD is at the top of regional/branch office of any big companies

There's also VP, which usually had the same paygrade as MD but plays different roles. VP basically works more closely with the executive level

The shareholder.

>not spiritual leader

only if they hold a controlling interest

glorious leader

>Titles also often given to the holder of CEO position include president, chief executive (CE) and managing director (MD).

basically doesn't matter

Nope. For public listed companies, they need to have separate executive positions in the boardroom.

A person may hold 2 position (for example; CEO and president), but that means he had 2 jobs (and 2 paychecks. At least nominally).

You cannot combine two executive position unless it is a private enterprises like most mom and pop sweatshops. In that case, you can do fuck all with the titles

>you can do fuck all
this expression means you can't do anything

So who is above the president of the united states?

At least in China, the chairman of the communist party is higher than the president

Yes I stand corrected on that

The people

the CEO should be controlled by the board, but in real life it is the other way around

generally a company is managed by a hierarchy similar to:
>shareholders (whoever has a controlling interest)
>board of directors (chairman isn't in charge but they are the leader) incl ceo
>president sometimes present at executive level
>managing director is the top of middle management
>boss is generic but only people at the bottom call anyone their boss so they are probably a supervisor or smthg

the jews

>That billionaire that bought 50.1% shares and is effectively dictator of the company

Fixed.
