They'll first need a software backdoor to exploit it. That's why I just built my whole system from the ground up.
Samuel Myers
>TPW P4-15-NB First result is a Sup Forums thread with bullshit claims
Thomas Moore
>muh speshal secret military laptop that bitcoin miners hate
Adam Cruz
> Sup Forums He is easily frightened after all.
Cameron King
>I just built my whole system
you mean like going to local Frys store and buy separate components and build it up?
Cameron Campbell
>implying other military/rugged laptops are cheap >implying they made efforts to recall them because of muh backdoors, and not because of the chance that they probably DO contain secret information
Also compiled GNU / Linux and a few hundred packages from source.
Dylan Taylor
>Site hosted on his CPI I've seen people mention they do this, but never actually seen a site doing it live. This whole thing is quite cool, thanks user.

I remember those threads. It was 8/pol/ playing a joke on them, the card that came with it in those threads were some caesar cipher that decoded to "the game"

Nathan Flores
Special in a bad way
Matthew Collins
link to the vault7 to confirm this ?
I don't think hardware can be incriminated, only sofware. Also to use hardware you need drivers so, you can consider in this way that hardware is backdoored. Only way to escape and use this hardware is to use linux and free software.
Sebastian Robinson
>free and opensource software
James Flores
I mean emulate the gates ON the AVR. Using a bloody FPGA just lets you go so fast it's not fun.
Alexander Hill
Come on Sup Forumsack, you're not smart enough for this
Ryder Gray

I wonder if any of the old custom workstations had any backdoors built in on a hardware level
