Is there any way to change the icons in the appdrawer of android phones?
I rooted my g4 a while ago and want to customize it so I'm thinking of making a custom set of icons.
Only problem is I haven't found a way to actually replace the Icons yet.
Best I can do is make shortcuts on my homescreen which I frankly don't give a flying fuck about.

Use Nova launcher or something comparable (lightning launcher is okay, but fuck it's TOO customizable). Then get a custom icon pack, go to Look and Feel, set icon pack and gtg.

The design he has looks nice, but isn't difficult to make at all. If you really want I could show you how to recreate it.

Very basic. Just a background and custom icons, nova launcher. But I like it, I can swap out wallpapers easily.
KLWP is the best in my opinion. The only flaw is that you can't use gifs

last time i checked, you could only get "moving" pictures by splitting a .gif into it's frames and looping through them based on time, and it had a framerate of 0.5fps
It's fully implemented in KLWP, just there isn't a button to create the Animated Image object
You can exploit this by loading a preset with an Animated Image and then you can use/copy that object.
There's also a specific version of KLWP that has the aforementioned button, but I can't remember which one was. Sorry
