They don't have their own stomping grounds per say. Training is in USMC bases with excursions and environment training in Southern California and Nevada.

Germany is meh tier. Honestly, France has the biggest experience, the biggest army, the biggest outside troups and has more material than UK.
UK does a lot with its Navy, and they maintain their equipement. But they're honestly weaker than France nowadays.
