It's quite buggy, far from 7's stability. I never had a BSoD on 7, had 2 on 10 LTSB 1607 in a day, and it's still spyware.

What problem did you have? did you tried playonlinux? is pretty nice. Also except for the DX10-11 ones most of that kind of games works flawlessly on wine for me but that's just my own experience.

Giving the perfect proof is hard because microsoft doesn't allow the user to check what is being sent, however what is written on their privacy statement is already very shitty by itself. Even if there may not exist hard proof of what info they're collecting they state cleary that they reserve the right to do it. Why including this if they'll not do it? It also says that they don't even anonymize the data, you have an advertisement ID on your windows and microsoft products so there's no guarantee they don't have a record on what you do privately on your computer. I specify privately because it's different google or bing (microsoft) having a record of what you have searched when you explicitly communicate with them than microsoft recording what files you open and what files you have passively (except for cloud services like one drive or dropbox of course). The worst part is that they make clear they'll disclose any data with their partners. Check the TOS by yourself, most of the ugly stuff is hidden under the "learn more" buttons, so make sure to click on them.

That's one of the main reasons one would be using LTSB for. That, and (partially) no cortana. You can also get rid of automatic updates (or leave them on, but with no automated restarts). You can do that with any windows 10 version that supports group policy editing, though.

Which drivers could you not install? When I tried LTSB I could just fine install all my Nexus 4 drivers (USB/transfer, network and adb).

I've gotten more than 1000 times the BSODs on 7 than on any LTSB version.

The PC is not a problem. I'm using a prebuilt from 2007, paired with a graphics card from 2004 (ati), and everything is working fine (all things considered).

Multiboot Windows 7 Ultimate, LTSB2016 and Debian Jessie. 10 is the only problematic OS, performs worse than 7 as well on most benchmarks.

Found your problem. I was using a PC from 2004 and trying to put 7 on it and it was laggy, unresponsive, BSODed all the time, etc., so I just put TinyXP on it instead. Your graphics card is too old for 10.
I tried putting 7 on my current PC (Skylake with other shit) and I had to go through so much trouble just to get USB 3.0 working on it. Then, it kept on crashing because of the CPU fan for some reason, even though it never crashed on 8.1 or 10.

I run 7 just fine on a XPS15 with a 6700HQ btw.
I've never had any problems with Windows 10. It runs great and provides me with a fantastic computing experience.
