Your country

>your country
>do you have a tap credit card
>do stores in your country take tap

never seen it

chip desu

>2009+7
>using the plastic Jew

>flag
>yes credit and debit
>majority do, usually smaller shops that dont

>Not receiving free cashback rewards
>Not just sprinkling some gold dust to pay for your groceries

They have this everywhere. Even pop-up coffee shops at the trainstation have mobile ones now

Yeah and my phone but everyone is so fucking confused and doesn't know what TAP is when I pull that shit out unless I am on the University.

Illiterate hicks.

Yes
Yes

The only places I find that don't have tap are small variety stores, and oddly, Walmart.

I've never seen the tapping jew

I always just use le chip

Where do you live?

Nunavut

No
Yes
EFTPOS is accepted everywhere so I don't need a tap debit/credit

Yes only for purchases under 80 dollars otherwise must be chip

yeah everywhere does pay wave

always use it when getting coffee or at the pub

weird, here the limit is $100 and you can still tap for higher payments but you just have to put in your pin too

Yes. We've had it for years.

Yes, it's called Contactless but I don't have a contactless card.

Nobody here has tap

>credit card
>not apple pay master race
pleb

Americans already don't have any security features on their cards. Why add this instead of chip?

American infrastructure is just one big charade

And no, no one use that here. If you want to pay wirelessly you use your phone connected to a digital wallet, not your actual debit card.

Yes, every bank offers it
Yes, most of the big and small stores accept them.

no
yes

i don't like using my card in restaurants and bars, pretty much only pay cash

We're nearing the end of the process of switching to chip. I don't kne what OP is going on about desu

>Australia
>Yes and I use it whenever I can desu
>All of them yes

flag
no
because flag and we are cheap jews to get newer tech. alot of places still use magnetic strips.

Finland yes,you can pay up to 25 euros with those

Flag
Yes
Only spend cash

I don't even have a credit and I pay cash as much as possible.

>We're nearing the end of the process of switching to chip
Ahahah wow, took you long enough.

It's called contactless here desu, seems to be quite new.

>using insecure memephones for transactions
no thanks.

No but I tap your mother on credit

Flag
I have a stupid chip one that takes forever to read.

Finland, yes and yes. It's also getting more usual that cash registers function with self-service, without clerks.

>It's called contactless here desu
same here
why do americans always do the hipsters

I'd fucking kill for paypass. My workplace has a chip card reader, fuck a lot of places still can't even manage that somehow, but every day without fail customers can't manage to think for one goddamn second and fuck up using the chip reader without fail and it holds up lines so the next fuckwad can waltz in and then proceed to fuck it up themselves because they're too self absorbed to pay attention at all to the last example.

There's apple/android pay sure, but then you gotta wait for their slow fucking phone to load their app because they didn't have the fucking foresight to preload it while waiting in line 3 spaces back, and then you must wait for them while they hump the smart reader with their phone looking for the sweet spot.

Paypass would simplify so many things.

>flag
>yes
>almost all of them do

We call it contactless/paywave here and banks have been shilling it for a couple years now.
I don't have it tho, so I'm not sure how common is it for stores to accept it.

they're literally everywhere now

no most people use debitcards in my country, not sure why a creditcard is needed.

butr ofcourse the average american is in debt 24/7 so can understand for them.

We use it to tip the migrants once they done fucking our women
