Incorrect. The first part of this statement is fine; I have read about the historical foundings of this site and it is clear that the origins of this site are deeply rooted in anime culture.
However, loli is not the same as anime. I myself enjoy several animes like Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and Death Note. None of those have loli in them.
