Its the Model M13. I had one till I spilled water on it and it died. The downside to them is that the keys were not done with dye sub, so the letter markings wear off easily.
I replaced it with the unicomp in this anons post . It has its own issues, the trackpoint on the first one I bought was busted. They RMA'd it and the new one works, but moving to the upper right with it is far slower than in other directions. Also it just feels cheaper.
