What tech news sites do you use? Something reliable without clickbait and shitty 'journalism'

I've checked the sticky but the websites there seem kind of shitty.

comp.sys.*

Haha you're such a nerd! xDDDD Fuck off.

I bet someone lost a chicken tendie on the floor and can't reach down to get it.

Go back to Plebbit. Stupid frog posters.

Journalism died long ago. Now it's paid shitposting and shilling.

That's exactly the reason I asked. I've stopped reading news because of shilling and misinformation.

Is there really not a single tech news site that is unbiased, just presents the actual 'objective' truth?

Do you have some kindnof mental disorder? I am quite aware that I haven't posted a frog, but are you?
Go back to your mental institution or atleast get your eyes checked, fleshbag.

I sadly have to agree with you. It is also the topics that spark intrest to normies. Since making money of the tech people is harder than just the normal folks.
I meanly check any *chans for news in the tech world. It's actually okay for me.

>Talks about tendies
>Doesn't understand how frog posting and tendies relate to each other

Tendies are a thing from r9k, which also birthed Pepe, which is why I knew you were from Plebbit since an outsider wouldn't really see the connection.

Now, stop embarrassing yourself newfag. Go back to Plebbit where it is safe for you.

Also >checking chans for unbiased reliable information

Now I know you're stupid.

Alright, man.
I wish you a lovely evening.
Stay safe, okay?

I'm just fucking with you man. Banter is chan culture, you should just keep calling me a fucking retard and insult my choice in waifus and computer parts.

Don't take it personally, I'm just bumping my thread by attacking you in hopes of people actually giving me a decent tech news site.

No.

Oh, well, this actually is nice to read.
I was actually not taking any of it personally and I have understanding from your side too, I know it's just something people do when they are given the chance to post stuff not associated with their real identity.
No hard feelings.
Also.
I don't know if you can use this, but check out the weekly Cyber Dump and Deaddrop from
n-o-d-e,net
I use that to catch up with technological happenings.

Guys you're doing it wrong, you're not supposed to resolve and calmly talk out arguments on Sup Forums

I unironically check Sup Forums for news

There's almost always either "Sup Forums BTFO" or "really made me think" or whatever threads, and for major events you'll always find a variety of sources linked and referenced. Overall this builds up to a surprisingly complete picture.

Oh, I apologize.

It wouldn't suprise me if Sup Forums had a few great minded people who just use the less gifted ones to spread their idea. This could be incorrect though, but most of the time they fight out what is the 'correct' idea on a politically incorrect board.

These guys reddit

...

Not that guy but i don't think you're incorrect, for the most part Sup Forums is a bunch of goyim that get moved around with a dog leash by a few smart fuckers on IRC that come up with all the propaganda and false flagging, /leftytpol/ is probably like that as well.

That's society at large. Not just chan culture.

Most people need to be led.

Well yeah, it's easier to spot it here though cause it's a much more reduced sample and the people doing the false flagging propaganda grunt work sometimes aren't as bright as their master ideologists and fuck up badly and get found out.
In real life you see much more professionalism at falseflagging and propaganda cause it's done by specialists who get paid real money and not ego strokes and (you)s.

The BBC is probably the closest you'll get. I dont really trust any US based news outlet to be unbiased.

BBC is leftist. I don't really care for politics, but I don't really want to be fed an agenda.

Fuck it. I'm just going to research shit myself. Fuck the Internet, useless garbage.

Tech blogs seem to be SJW-tier by and large atm but I like loonix jewrnal and Brian Krebs. Medium has a few good bloggers but I get tired of dodging check-your-privilege meme-flingers.

Second on that, though they do have a slight left-leaning bias depending on who you ask so you could use them as primary source and supplement it with some openly right-leaning source.

(Which does bring us to the question of good right-leaning sources. Maybe Sup Forums again?)

>Is there really not a single tech news site that is unbiased, just presents the actual 'objective' truth?

Nah, there's no money in that. ArsTechnica is entertaining but doesn't deal in "objective" truth, Slashdot turned into a clickbait site ages ago, and pretty much every other tech news site is merely a portal through which tech companies advertise their latest prosumer bullshit.

>I happen to ve an expert on /r9k/
That's not something to be proud of

you got any more pics like that?

HackerNews

It's not perfect, but clickbait is usually called out.

Read it all, anons. Read it all.
