Is it true that Windows 10 is more efficient than Ubuntu?

Is it true that Windows 10 is more efficient than Ubuntu?

No

Not even close

Yes, by a long shot.

It's even faster/responsice than Arch with GNOME. I tried Arch for about 8 hours but it boots slower than Windows 10, responds slower, uses about the same ram but with 90% less functionality, mpv used 100% of one thread randomly, chromium used 25% of each core compared to when using edge which uses 5% of 1 core for same video stream and t top it off Iit took 1.5min to reboot because some c2 process had to wait for system to kill it.

Worst piece of shit I ever used. God bless Wangblows 10 at leas it works.

Because Windows 10 is not for some fucking porno addict bloated balding sack of shit

Chocolate gollem begone!

Ubuntu is only for cookie cutters

Yes.
Windows is still faster than GNU/Linux and more efficient.

Yea, it's also more secure

>It's even faster/responsice than Arch with GNOME

Now THAT's an achievement.

W7>Ubuntu>W10

Yes.

No

Of course.

Anyone who says otherwise either:
1. Engages in the consumption, distribution or storage of CP,
2. Is too poor to afford non-hipster OS's, or
3. Is a fucking dysfunctional idiotic piece of shit

yep
but only for third party reasons like drivers and shit

just deal it with unix fags

windows will always be more smooth and secure DESKTOP experience

Ubungoo am I rite XDDDD

Ugundu

I'm a rich, dysfunctional idiotic piece of shit pedophile and yet I use windows. Your logic is flawed.

*misuse Windows

>have windows 10 laptop
>battery life 12 hours
>install ubuntu
>battery life now 4.5 hours

This. Ubuntu is a battery hog.

It piss

ty based wangblows

it just werks

As of 2017, yes. It's a shame Ubuntu has bloated this fucking much though and still hasn't accomplished anything of value.

thx g*dess it isn't the only distro

There are options to save power on laptops like TLP. If you have a GPU get the proprietary drivers.

>If you have a GPU get the proprietary drivers.
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

battery-wise?

yes^infinite

There's literally nothing wrong with proprietary drivers especially when you're already using proprietary hardware.

yes. ubuntu lags if I play a twitch stream and scroll a page in another window, no such problem in windows
