Represenative Chambers

Post your countries respective rooms where politicians debate and vote.

State/Provincial Chambers welcomed.

Second chamber

More up to date, and nice looking picture.
Fucking Getty putting their label all over the picture.

Boxes separate different parties

Senate/Upper House Chamber

Forgot Pic.

Why is the german House so shit?
Plasticky and bland.

Texas' House

Tennessee General Assembly

Pennsylvania's House Chamber

>This is the best DESU

Another Angle

Front/Lights On

Pennsylvania's Senate Chamber

kek

It's called Bundestag and not german house

Whatever dude. It's that your excuse for such a shit chamber.

Florida's House Chamber

With people.

Michigan

Minnesota

Why do Europeans like such shit plasticky things?

Because its easier to bring phones and computers and it allows for easy changes in the room.
Here is the old Bavarian parliament. Looks ok but sitting there was pure pain as nobody had any space and nobody could use modern electronics.

Really need to make all the furniture in there a shade darker.

Why does Florida always excel at being shit

You can see laptops and other electronics in most of these pics.

They just decide not to use them due to tradition or image.

I'm Floridian, and I must say. I was pretty disappointed in ours.

Still better than that European plastic. But way behind Pennsylvania, or Minnesota.

Senate. Built in 1650

Pretty comfy.

The Nazi's were pretty epic.

Thank you Yours aren't that bad either :-)
This is our old second chamber. I'd prefer this one.

except that room served no purpose
the man in the middle just did everyone elses job

I'll let you guess

TIME FOR CLASS BOYS

It's ok.

Why? The other looks classy.

...

We have been modernizing since the 19th century. I was in the Tweede Kamer last week and I realized that there much overwhelming. (Pic related) is the one of the oldest part of our government "building" it's built in the 13th century by Floris, count of Holland. This is jusr used on special occasions nowadays, but it's quite related to our politics.

The statues make it look like the french one.

Pretty nice.
See . You don't have to sacrifice style for technology.

California

They may have overdone it with the Green.
>Go green.

Why do you use so much Latin for governmental purpose in your country, while you dominate the world with the English language? Just a question.

I'm not entirely sure.

Mottos have, as far as I know, always been in Latin.

The government, Military, Universities, Clubs, etc.
Their Mottos are always in Latin.

>US Marines
Semper Fi

>Harvard University
Veritas

>United States Government
E Pluribus Unum

Maybe it also has to do with the US not having an official language. So, they resort to Latin for any messages or scripts.

Chamber of deputies

Senate

The curtains are the perfect color.
I almost thought they were wood for a sec.

The wood has a really good shade. Congrats.

Because our fucking country was burned to the ground and everything with history is automaticly evil.

Just look at the fucking bird in there. Thats not a eagle, its a fat pigeon. A real eagle could look to threatening.

>Fat pigeon

We used Latin after the creation of the Frankish Empire because we that was the language with connected several people with each other. It was the way to understand everyone. After the creation of the kingdom of Netherlands, we had French speaking people, Dutch speaking people, Frisian speaking people and Luxembourgish speaking people in our country. We just needed a language to documentate everything. But I don't know why it would have been useful for the USA

Even we have more German eagles in our government building than you have...

This is pure speculation, but, if i recall correctly, many of our founding fathers were Freemasons and they seem to use Latin frequently.

The tombs under Rosenbad

Looks more norwegian to me

Why?

Black metal n shiet

I was expecting you guys to have much bigger chambers.
Pic related is the Congreso de los diPUTAdos.

Opposition sits to the right and government to the left, independents sit somewhere off by themselves in the curved parts. Big guy ministers sit along the front bench and the leaders sit on chairs just by the dispatch boxes. Speaker sits in the centre and repeats "The Member will resume his seat" ad nauseum during question time

Pretty much a bigger version of the UK parliament tbqh

And this is the Senado.

Mississippi

reeeEE we also have black metal bands

The Senate is a carbon copy but in red and more boring

I know, but you still cant beat the norwegians at it. You still got the upper hand in death though.

Holy fuck boys. Illinois is fucked

No wonder our state budget is being raped to death right now

All our money was invested in laptops for our our corrupt ass politicians

That craftmanship is amazing. I love it.

On vacation atm, so ignore flag, but this is the Virginia House of Delegates, the oldest legislative body in the western hemisphere, operating continuously since 1619. Wish it had a chamber flashy enough to represent that, but oh well.

Not even going to get into the fact that we have possibly the most corrupt government of any state in Dixie occupying it.

Classy as fuck.

>not being intentionally antagonistic.

best in the world sheerly because of layout
you have to love the her majesty's royal bantz chamber
