We do the same thing, there are a lot of varieties of poutine. This is some pulled pork poutine. As long as you got the cheese curds, fries and gravy you can add almost anything, i've done eggs, bacon, donair meat and sauce, sausage, hot dogs, onions, pickles, jalapenos etc
