>Sup Forums recommends me to install firefox nightly
When did this happen? The browser wars have been over for like two years. Chrome won.
Is qtwebengine botnet?
>Gah. Your tab just crash
>Gah
even crashing firefox is better than gugle
Just get ungoogled chromium, not that hard.
you can't take the water out of a watermelon
Um, sweetie.
gr8 b8 m8 they're not dried you can clearly see from the reflection that they contain water
Um, no sweetie
but does it have the same taste, tho?
ofc you can ungoogle chromium, but it wont be usable
Unusable how? I haven't noticed anything wrong with ungoogled chromium.
I have never seen that page.
Ahahahahahahaa. No. Only tech illiterate people and Google shills use Chrome or its derivatives.
> chromium
> ungoggled
Better try Iridium, if that's your thing.
>Gah
Only Tumblr people say this.
It's true though. Why do you think Chrome has such a massive marketshare? Not because it's the best browser. IE was the most used browser for a long time. Google just knew how to effectively shill their browser.
...
...
So you run these yourself. I don't think there's a formal fallacy for "lying."
They were posted on Sup Forums (date is in file name). So all users of Sup Forums were able to participate. I've actually only made one of them myself. The others were from others. At times Chrome was ahead. But Firefox ended up winning every time.
Make a poll to prove the opposite then.
*yawn*
can you actually reply with a proof that was right, instead of posting your inappropriate wikipedia links? i've shown you more than enough proof that most of Sup Forums uses firefox
>proof
Try reading.
en.wikipedia.org
This happens all the time. I want to use Nigthly but it just fucking crashes.
yes, polls are a legitimate form of gathering data. asking people which browser they use is a very simple question everyone can answer. probably not to 100 % representative. but if multiple polls at different times with different objectives form the OP (some where Chrome defenders) all show the same result, you can assume that they are good enough.
You can't even explain it in your own words, can you? Otherwise you'd see why posting that link over and over is just hilariously stupid.
>Gah. Your tab just crashed.
>We can help you!
Tumblr tier browser
thats why i switched to chromium after i had some tabs crashing
>installs nightly
>complains about a crash
Remind me again why I visit this board when it's full of retards.
ungoogled chromium contains the full set of iridium patches
It went over your head, eh? Rather explains your Failfox usage.
>blames RAM errors on the browser
Like no ones had tabs crash on chrome.
Fucking kill yourself.
>moving the goalposts
it's ok to admit defeat. we're all anonymous here
>still doesn't understand why self-selected responses are unscientific
>Gah!
Insert voldemort.jpg
>still has nothing to show that would support his hypothesis of Chrome being favored by Sup Forums
>still only tries to argue by dismissing opposing arguments with something he has just learned last week in school
People who recommend Firefox usually stick up their nose at the though using anything but Nightly despite having no reason to use it.
You're obviously new here. Lurk moar.
Did you just crawl out of Sup Forums or something?
jesus christ, jewggle did a bad job at training you for this. ask your mentor for a better script
>ad hominem
now you've definitely given up
Don't use words you don't understand.
You think that's bad? Watch this!
>completely dismissing what I wrote
>calling me new (attacking me directly)
yes, i would call that ad hominem
You need to learn the difference between an argument and a statement.
>Ungoogled Chromium
kek is this meme still going?
That's because it isn't """ungoogled"""
>I can't make a point in my own words
Then you should stfu and go back.
Run it through Google translate a few times if you need different words.
Use Waterfox
Gnome Web Master Race
>Ungoogled Chromium
Literally does not exist. FF is for people who value privacy.
this is what you get when you trust Hit/er.
>Use an unstable version
>encounter a bug
WOW XD
>Sup Forums would rather sleep in a condemned apartment building than a mansion with cameras in it
You don't even understand what it is yourself. You just keep posting that link as if it would make a difference. Not being able to explain it in your own words proves even further that you actually have no clue what you are talking about.
Look, I can post random links to wikipedia articles without explaining how they are relevant to the discussion in any way too!
en.wikipedia.org
That would be:
en.wikipedia.org
>sweetie
mentally deranged trap or troll detected
>using nightly for everyday browsing
you retards never cease to amaze me
Nightly is the best version of Firefox, and just as stable as the stable branch.
I've been using it for almost a year now.
>just as stable as the stable branch
except when it isn't. like in OPs case.
It's a fake picture.
That's not what the crash page looks like.
why are you showing straw polls? they literally mean nothing.
it actually is though. It's very easy to verify since it's open source and since you can capture network traffic at the OS or router level to confirm. It basically just involves removing google API keys from the source.
You can tho
Because we are talking about Sup Forums. And there are no publicly available stats of the browser usage on Sup Forums. So the next best thing is to just ask.
Which is less than worthless because of:
en.wikipedia.org
not that guy but nightly literally fucked html5 like a week ago and you couldn't watch any videos be it jewtube or anywhere else, it's not suited for everyday browsing and no one should be recommending it, if you're gonna recommend something at least say dev edition
If you would just understand what that actually means, you would see that you are wrong.
When there's this much shilling against a privacy-respecting browser, its because its doing its job.
>
>It basically just involves removing google API keys from the source.
Not just that, it also remove any binaries when building (regular Chromium download pre-built binaries by Google, ungoogled-chromium builds everything from source), applies domain substitution (to change every Google domain in the code to nonexistent ones - if there would be privacy-invading code left, it will fail to connect because of this) and applies patches from Iridium and Inox.
It's an excellent browser overall. My issues with it are the same of regular Chrome/Chromium: it fucks your workflow if you have too many tabs open.
But i was told that it's rock stable and has no problems.
Did you not read what it was?
Werks on my machine
>chrome users dont generally block analytics websites
wow, color me surprised
>Gah
