Why tho?
Some Smartphones cycle their batteries if left on charge to prevent overcharging. Lithium batteries are generally damaged by being kept at 100% for extended periods of time.
All modern devices have hardware to prevent this. They just keep the battery at 100% while using power to run the device.

My Nexus 4 is losing about 3-4% over night.
Android 6+ doesn't have this problem. My galaxy s5 stays on the same percentage it was when I left it and it has a shit battery capacity. Shill somewhere else.
