Everyone knows it's fake, the entire purpose was to ruse this thread for laughs. Spaghetti was banned way before he "threatened" to release the unscrubbed DB, because 312c found the DB hosted on soupwhale. So he got spaghetti cabal banned for that alone. Although only red seemed to care. Then spaghetti just doubled down on his shit posting and "threatened" to release the DB unless he was unbanned. He posted it here and everyone thought it was real because spaghetti was samefagging as to make it seem legit. That was when he REALLY god cabal'd
The stupid part comes from tracker staff thinking spaghetti is attention whoring and desperate for his accounts back. They have a reddit mindset and can't understand the type of humor that goes on in these threads. This whole thing is honestly just fucking retarded. Both spaghetti being stupid and shitposting, and the entire PT community taking what he says literally and treating it as a threat. After the AB banning for making a "phishing" site I don't even know why he thought there woldn't be a huge clusterfuck of a response to something like this. Or maybe he did and getting cabal'd was all part of his plan, I have no idea.
TL;DR: Spaghetti did something to fuck with /ptg/, tracker staff predictably overreacted and treated it as an existential threat and cabal'd him. Hell maybe they even knew it was a huge joke and used it as pretense to cabal him because they hate him.

from opentrackers: I got my account late last night, this morning the account was disabled. In IRC I was told that there was a glitch that occurred that made signups open and that myself and everyone else that managed to sign up were all disabled. :(
They were very pleasant about it, but said that there were no current plans for open signups. I didn’t even get a real chance to peruse what was even on the tracker, guess I should have stayed up later
