Yes, to an extent. Burger law is very, very stupid and almost downright maliciously ridiculous when it comes to sex offenses, especially ones involving Sea Pee.

Even if you serve your time in burgerland, you still have some rights revoked, like you can't buy guns legally anymore, and if you're a sex offender, you're required to register on a public list stating that you are one, and everywhere you move (in the states), you have to go door to door in your neighborhood and tell them in person that you are a sex offender and what type, despite already having served the sentence.
