You need to take the entire history of humans moving out from the wild in to modern society.
You need to do it in baby-steps. Iteratively.
Go to Wikipedia, pick any topic, research the FUCK out of the History section on it.
You essentially need to go from zero to hero in a short period to prevent humanity from collapsing in to a several hundred year civil war.
There's no pointy-eared fucks to come unite humanity here. There's no chance we'll reach energies that are expected to make warp happen. We're having a hard time even making fusion work, we need at least a third generation fusor (wrt fission evolution) in order to potentially hit those energies.
Bringing humanity back to some level of decency will not be an easy task.
