In this case any of them should do, they all have excellent ready tools and plugins for this and their performance difference in this job isn't really noticeable, you'd want to be caching just about everything anyways.

Its the maymay of the century;its popular, easy to learn, supported pretty much everywhere and its fast. Theres nothing wrong with using PHP.
It has some well known caveats and inconsistencies however is a very solid and fast for writing just about anything.
Especially PHP7, theres just so much to like about it.
