How do you even break through the begginner barrier? I've felt like a noob for months now. I know i've never taken it too seriously but there should be atleast a little progression. I know all the data types and some syntax but I can't write a program that doesnt use the console.

you look for the easiest task on the list and try to do it
if you can't, you google whatever you need to learn before finishing the task
then you do the next task, and so on
learn in small steps while doing the exercises
