AMD Vega confirmed for paper launch

Less than 16,000 cards available for launch, next batch won't come for months, cards will be scarce until September or October.

It's fucking over.

DELET THIS

Sure.

>‘exclusive industry source’
>tweaktown

Lol

I've got an 'exclusive Industry source' that Vega is 8% faster than the Titan XP

is tweaktown like wccftech/techpowerup/tomshardware?

ITS OVER AMD IS FINISHED!!!!!!

They've been finished since like 2009.

an exclusive industry source just told me OP is a fucking faggot and is sucking big black cocks on a daily basis

I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE

You have exclusive contacts in the gay porn industry?
Are you a fag or something?

exclusive contacts in the autism research industry

16000?
that's a lot.

What if my uncle works for AMD and is giving me one?

fuck I waited so long too

me right now

>16,000
i doubt they would ever sell that many
its just an overclocked re-badge, lel

Oh look, it's this stupid fucking rumor again. Please kill yourself, faggot.

Not a rumor, did you even check the sources?

Yes, they spew out unsubstantiated bullshit and rumors for clicks all the damn time.

tweaktown.com/news/57418/amd-radeon-rx-vega-less-20-000-available-launch/index.html

"AMD will be releasing its next-gen Radeon RX Vega family of graphics cards in the next few weeks, and now I've had an exclusive industry source (LOL) who has told me that AMD will have only a handful of Radeon RX Vega graphics cards at launch. "

tl;dr Kill yourself shitstain.

You'll see lad, ain't a rumor.

Wait

>twinktown

The RX Vega lineup will come in 3 flavors to cater for different price points. The stated aim is to contend directly against the GTX 10 series.

THE LINEUP:

RX Vega "Core" - RRP: $399.99 (1070 perf or better)

RX Vega "Eclipse" - RRP: $499.99 (1080 perf or better)

RX Vega "Nova" - RRP: $599.99 (1080TI perf or better)

The Vega teaser is May 16.

The full Vega reveal is May 30 - June 3.

The official release of Vega is June 5

Source: Tweaktown and wccftech

Uh yeah
At least he got the teaser and reveal right, may 16 is analyst day and may 30 is computex

source is actually reddit.

Yeah, that's much better than wccftech and tweaktown.

Retard.

I bet clickbait sites will soon have it all over the front page, fucking niggers.

>eah, that's much better than wccftech and tweaktown.
it is.

No it's not.
It's the same shitty garbage.

a place where amd workers post often with their names.
so, yes it is.

God, you're retarded, anyone can make a post on reddit, just like any sandnigger working there can make a post on wccftech and tweaktown, both sites with no credibility, just like reddit posters.

Get out.
And go back to that shitty place.

Genuinely feels bad. If this paper launch shit is true it's gonna keep the price up for no better reason than supply and demand. That combined with reports that maybe it's not gonna be that powerful really paves the way for AMD receiving the kind of flak only companies with endless droves of shillwashed sheep can withstand.

>anyone can make a post on reddit
yes, but they generally not shitpost there.
>just like any sandnigger working there can make a post on wccftech and tweaktown, both sites with no credibility, just like reddit posters.
they get whatever shit they have from reddit already.

>Get out.
>And go back to that shitty place.
I enjoy both, so no.

is it a lot when AMD turds have been waiting for 4 years for this?

AMD gpu with 1060 performance AND power/heat fucking when?

Why do AMDtards put up with this shit?

2007.

AMD APUs when?

...

Q4.

Patches just went into the Linux kernel, if we follow the logic that AMD submits patches so they'll come out around the same time as the hardware that would mean possibly August.

THANK YOU BASED NVIDIA

Endless rumors, trolls and shitposting threads that exist soley for idiotic fanboys to jerk themselves off to? I don't know. A thread just got nuked because it was completely overrun with shitposters.

Wow bigger Pascal thank you mr. Huang.

>Pascal MOAR CORES edition
They're copying AMD again.

Who cares, they lied again. Volta is not a new arch, it's fucking Maxwell-dieshrink-refresh.

So it's the furyx all over again.
Make a super small amount of GPUs

While Nvidia has millions ready

Where is Vega? :^)

Already shipping to happy datacenter merchants. Consumer one is probably at computex.

pascal re-brand wew

who would have guessed nvidia rebranding?

We've had this discussion so many times it's really getting old. 16,000 Vega dies is 32,000 HBM2 stacks, which is less than three silicon wafers. Hynix does a million wafers a month in their SK facility. If there is any hint of truth to this rumor my guess is that they will have 16,000 reference cards.

NVIDIA used to be king of rebrands.

>Already shipping to datacenter
Where are the news?

What is the RX 580?

AMD won't beat Nvidia in power draw because Nvidia forgoes hardware scheduling for driver optimization. It's not hard to overcome an extra 30W in terms of heat with a dual card cooler.

AMD is not as big as nVidia, it can't just manufacture shit tons of chips and hope people will buy them.

Google it.

...

>amd can't beat the GTX 1070
>now Vega is coming

What was the point of the RX580? It's pretty much just an overclocked 480. Wouldn't it have been better to release a successor to the 480 from the vega lineup?

Vega has no 1060 and below competitors.

The same fucktard that posted that thread had the name RadeonRebel, and didn't even know how to overclock a 1700x (look at his previous posts).

Nice job dumbass, you fell for a troll.

That's kinda the point. The 480/1060 price segment is the most popular.

And 580 fits right into it.

Yeah, but only wccftech gets shitted on
ATi/AMD have never been close to Nvidia level's of rebranding
Wasn't the lowest end Nvidia part Fermi based?

That would had been more expensive than a refresh on a fine tuned process
Specially when the 480 was already beating the 1060 on most games, and with Nvidia not planning on a new mid end card until next year at best

Well, we are waiting
