I use fedora at work. It's comfy and useful for my needs (lots of log parsing, some scripting, and general manipulation of config files and other flat text data). It's in my top 3 distros personally.

But it works so well. By far the Linux experience for me. I could go back to the tiny hipster distributions that are not owned by NSA or Microsoft but honestly, is there a point?

Fedora was the first usable mainstream distro after they stopped giving away Redhat for free, it predates Ubuntu. I'd rather use Fedora honestly.

Nah, still using Debian. Though I'm starting to got tired of the auto config stuff on it. It's getting bloated as well. I might just download the raw linux kernel source and compile it myself along with the necessary software to get a basic system running.

I ignored Fedora for many years but have it now installed on my desktop. It's great. Prefer it to Arch, Debian and Ubuntu.
I do think dnf, SystemD, Gnome and SELinux is quite good and usable.
Who really thinks using SELinux instead of not using it makes you more prone to being spied on?
