It shouldn't too hard to clear your DNS cache, it takes 15 second at maximum but I guess some people can't be bothered with it.

The issue is not in the cache, the issue is that some dns servers didn't update. Google's dns server didn't for example.

Huh, I thought you could access without a problem after you cleaned your cache but then again I don't use Google DNS so I guess I was wrong at that. Still, nyaa.moe is available, isn't it? Using the alternative until Google or any other DNS service make an update is not a hard task.

All I know is that google DNS is so much fucking faster than opennic or opendns. Anyway with opennic you've got the same level of 'can I even trust these fuckers' as you would with the google DNS. There's no way to tell if any of them are recording.
