I hate pigfat. But I'm not representative, most people would probable give it a 9 don't worry.

It's called Polvo a Lagareiro, it's grilled and they add salt and just a little of lemon and olive oil and garlic and that's about it I think, all very soft though.

Yeah and it's covered in cheese and uses a beer-based sauce too.
I think nordic people in general would love it, my danish friend went bonkers when he saw a picture of it and wants to try it to this day.

Saveloy Dip

Couscous is awesome

Yummy, I will have some traps in the water soon.

>Tfw in the NE from LA
>Tfw the yankees don't know what a crawfish is
catch extra for me.

Grilled? Cool, it needs to be with fire or anything special?Pulpo a feira or Pulpo a la gallega is boiled with coarse salt and paprika/pimenton picante and good olive oil, pretty good too. More portugal dishes? Really I Never see them, I ever tough it like Galician cuisine with more cod.

This is the shit.

I too enjoy delicious local cuboids.

UK:Fish and Chips
Deutschland:Currywurst

You might be able to find some.

Eres de alicante?

unfortunately out of that range and no car because lol poor grad student, thx for trying though, m8.

I love reading how the Japanese interpret English.

Cooking it directly on fire provides the best results but you can do it in a fryer, but it won't be as good probably.

This is my favourite soup, Caldo Verde.
It's potato, salt, olive oil, and collard greens. Looks simillar but tastes very different from caldo galego.

2. Sarma

Sí.

And this is my favourite fish dish, but it's quite expensive if you're eating it in a restaurant and not at home.

I'ts called Robalo ao Sal and it's an entire European Seabass submerged in salt which is then cooked in an oven.

Goes very well with boiled vegetables and a white wine.

>Collard greens.
I dunno what vegetable it is, looks okay (I would put more meat myself but it's me).
Looks delicious, the salt thing is rare to see but if well done is heaven (and not as salty as expected).

^

It's kale.

Since Murrica is so big I'll narrow it down to Washington where I live and say smoked salmon. North Pacific salmon is god tier.
