Just get regular LTSB. N just has media codec features removed for yuropoors. It can fuck up some games.

Not Enterprise N, just get Enterprise. Grab a WinServer ISO and set up a domain, and configure Group Policies for specific functionality you want disabled, then set up traffic filtering on your firewall to prevent your machine from phoning home when an update breaks your GPOs.
I have Enterprise N, it's just annoying since so much shit is removed I have to install the Media Feature Pack at each feature upgrade anyway.
