Nothing wrong with it if it's executed correctly, it's kind of similar to the Tungsten T sliders that used the hidden section to hide the graffiti area which honestly is more fluid than a keyboard anyway, if companies actually went with this kind of design and released a device with a stylus to go with it, it would be great.
