Why didn't Africans develop great cultures like all other human beings?

t. butthurt african

Op here,I'm not

>shaped like Africa

>has Pan-African colors

Is Lithuania actually African?

>Christian Ethiopia
>Northern Somalia
You wot m8
you illiterate fuck

They didnt need to in order to survive

bump

this also

>too far away from other cultures in order to adopt their technologies and ideas
>too far away for proper trade routes
>malaria
>agriculture not possible to happen in such levels as in Europe; climate too hot

the same reason americans didnt: without any useful tamable native plants or animals like wheat and cows, european and asian cultures easily eclipsed them

The first civilizations had developed in every aspect because of agriculture, hence why they were in fertile regions. Sub-Saharan Africa lacks good soil, also, technology couldn't be "exported" to them via trade either, as few dared to cross the Sahara.

Pretty much this.
I would have like to see the eastcoast to stay independent.
They werent outrightly savage like the southafricans which means roughly on par with some malaysian tribes, nor were they cucked by muzzies and they were just as huge cunts as us euros concerning the slavetrade and could have actually into nationstates which could have made for a great continued partnership.

Fuck Zimbabwe though.

>lacked good soil

Nah, soil around Berlin is sandy shit too, still the region got relevant.
Just google some random african precolonial empires and youll see that they farmed all kinds of stuff from melons to peas to some african stuff I dont bother to read more about and managed to sustain bigger populations in some cases like that ashanti king on this pic who could muster an army of several thousand spearchuckas in a few days which even impressed the british.

Ashantis even got decent and distinct architecture, which is something subsaharans arent generally known for.

Because they lacked natural resources.
Oh wait.

Because they are the least genetically diverse place in the world.
Oh wait.

Because they were the last group to migrate away from the original home of humans.
Oh wait.

Why do you have African colours on your flag?
Are you the "Africans" of the Baltic region?
If I'm not wrong, Latvia and Estonia are more developed than you.

>What is Songhai?
>What is Axum?
Get fucked OP.

What about maize, potato, tomato, beans, squash and amaranth?

>what is ancient egypt: the thread

why are shitalians this dumb? dumb guido

We don't know the cultures of Ancien African kingdoms because they didn't use writing (except for Bamun kingdom).

hi ! are you really in Mozambique?

Regions of West Africa had metalworking more advanced than Europe at one point but they didnt have much connection with the near East like Europe did so they didn't have that influence. Europe basically just ripped off Middle Eastern civilization at the time and made a smellier version of it and killed eachother over tribal conflicts more

Ethiopians had writing

they simply weren't forced to become better

Oral transmission of knowledge vs written transmission

they had Rhodesia, they were doing gr8 for a while....

climate and isolation mostly

Berlin only got relevant very recently - when Europe in general was already "civilized".
