Either Debian stretch or this The updated version of it is called Arca Noae Blue Lion and it costs $99 for a home user. They have a team of people reverse engineering the kernel and desktop shell. They've added a bunch of drivers and stuff. Even though it's 32-bit it supports 32 cores and 64GB of RAM because of PAE. It can run DOS in a window and it can run OS/2 programs, 16 and 32 bit Windows programs, and some Unix programs.
