So far all I can get is:

It's written in a confusing way. I don't understand the use of で at the end of those lines.

If you look at just "僕にしか言えない言葉" it can mean "the words you can only say to me." You aren't completely wrong.

基本的に入試の点数だけで決まる(推薦入試は別)から高校の成績は関係ない
国立大学ならセンター試験っていう修能試験みたいなマーク方式の共通試験と論述式の二次試験を受ける
センターと二次の評価割合は大学毎に違う(難しい大学ほど二次試験の割合が大きい。東京大学は1:4くらい)
私立大学はマークだったり論述だったり色々
俺は大学入試を2回受けた。入試なんて滅んでしまえばいい
