I've had Arch running without a single shutdown for three months now.

I breath deep for a bit and then I screaming my loudest at the computer case, which sends vibrations all over it and if you keep at it for a few hours it eventually shuts down due to components slightly disconnecting for a bit.
Pressing the shutdown button on case since it will do the same as me going start and pressing shutdown
