If you have to justify your weight or BMI with "But I'm big boned guys, honest" it's the biggest indicator that you're a fatty in denial.

It's a bad indicator of health anyways.

Don't forget width.
I am only 5' 8" but I am wide AF.
I constantly get a BMI of Moderately overweight even though I am in good physical condition.

I didn't. That's what disproportionately means. If you have normal proportions your height and width are a consistent ratio.

BMI is useless. My brother has been working out seriously for over a decade and it classifies him as obese because he's not a runner completely lacking muscle mass.

BMI is useless (or less than useless) because it does not take into account what would be a natural and/or healthy weight for a person.

Win10, Ubuntu/Debian family systems.

I never understood BMI

I'm ~145kg and 178cm tall which gives a BMI of ~46, but it's not like I break a sweat walking to the grocery store and back, I feel just fine going to work or doing chores.

I think these summarize the different OS well

You think doctors don't know the difference?

You're just overworking your heart and lungs to support all the extra tissue and will die a decade or two earlier. It's also bas for your joints moving all the extra weight around. No big deal, honestly. Everything after 60 is just what fucking ever anyways. I personally plan to kill myself for retirement. The real loss is you're not attractive. Being sexy is awesome.

If they're just given BMI, no they won't. That's why it's a worthless measurement, it just obscures the truth.

>Windows 10

lad...

The average person isn't The Rock, the average person is an obese pig, which is why it works.

why do you think you're so wide? it's because you're fat af kiddo

Me too

BMI is accurate for the vast, vast majority of the population. The only real outliers are people with a very high amount of lean body mass (essentially body builders and competitive athletes).

You're delusional if you think you're a special snowflake that falls outside where BMI is accurate if people don't immediately know you're extremely muscular.

I actually have the exact same plan, I really don't see why anyone would want to live past 60-70 with all the problems that arise even with a healthy lifestyle

You are wide because you are moderately overweight. You're in "good physical condition" now but this will slowly continue to decline as your weight (or width in your delusional mind) increases.

More like dead skeleton lady. You wouldn't even be alive at 70 pounds.
