Well, generally Bulgaria and Serbia were always on opposite sides. We were always with the Allies (Great Britain, France, Russia) and you were always with the Central Forces (Germany, A-H Empire). Nowadays, the teams have changed, and Serbia doesn't really like its former allies which are now main NATO states. We claim neutrality but will probably side with Russia if shit hits the fan.
