Lightweight would be Debian XFCE, if I want something to install on some old as fuck machine, chances are it's not for me, so yes, Lubuntu.

Ubuntu

>lightweight

Mint. Ubuntu is fucking botnet and has built-in store with proprietary software

>has built-in store with proprietary software
so does MInt though, and Mint is def not lightweight

LFS

CloverOS.

Ubuntu MATE

>so does mint
>ive never used mint though

Which store are you on about?

Free Berkeley Software Distribution

If you don't use Ubuntu, RHEL or OpenSUSE, you might as well go use Windows or macOS

I love Lubuntu. I used it on all my computers, until recently (desktop has windows now).
It just stays out of the way, and lets me use my computer.

arch, ofc

mints whole thing is proprietary codecs and drivers. that's one of the primary reasons FOSS freetards hate on it. it's the reason I choose to use it, currently rocking 18.2, been using Mint since 17.0 and i'm probably the most active mint shill on Sup Forums

What the fuck is wrong with yall

I'm using mint as well, It has been my first distro for a few months now.

I used clover.
Worst distro I've come across thus far.

if arch is linux for lesbians, then antergos is linux for lolis

Windows Thin PC

arch with lxqt

kubuntu

LFS is not lightweight. It requires a good computer to compile your OS from 0.

...

Why are the colours so fucked up in your image?
That looks fucking awful.

Thanks for reminding me that I gotta put something else on my gfs notebook.

That's not the problem. They just massively washed out and over-saturated the colours. It's a fucking eyesore.
For some bizarre reason, a lot of people on tumblr seem to do this.

Get out pedo.

sauce?

Puppy Linux, or even lighter, Tiny Core.

Both can be ran entirely in RAM.

size is smaller

Fedora 26 lxqt spin is pretty nice.

This, with twm, lxde, or window maker, you will rarely go over 1 GiB unless you are doing ram heavy stuff

Absolute Linux, although I wish the sound worked on my system. It's possible to fix but I'm sofa king Wii Todd ed.

Mini.iso

Ubuntu is lightweight even the unity versiĆ³n
I am running that on a T61 without problems

I think it's because people use one of those retard friendly webm creators and they record internet streams which are already shit quality

gif creators rather

They don't even try to make gifs correctly.
