Pls respond

No.

You pay nothing for a dilapidated house that in reality will cost you thousands to repair, so no.

If you're a nigger probably, no way the US govt would give whites any benefits

You're thinking of Alaska senpai

>Is it true if you live in Detroit USA pays you for live in here?
No, that's Alaska.
>Also is true you can buy a house very cheap?
Very very very cheap.
Except you won't have running water and will be robbed at gunpoint by dindus.

So is false what says here?

Oh btw all i need to survive is food stamps and a house, with food stamps i can buy water right?

You don't have to buy water. Water is free pretty much anywhere you go. Food stamps will cover the bottled stuff though if you want it.

They're not paying you to live there, they give you tax breaks to live there because it's such a shithole

The forgivable loan means you can receive a loan that will eventually be forgiven if you don't miss payments for a few years. Not really.

All the other allowances are small amounts of money to help offset the ridiculous costs you'll have to pay to fix your home. The allownces also don't pay for anything in its entirety. You will have to pay for at least half of everything you do, and the city might match it. You will need at least half the money to purchase and fix up the house. You will need money to continue to pay the loan until it is forgiven. For the size of the house it'll be much cheaper than other cities even considering the repair costs, but it will still require money.

Food stamps would cover food and water.

Imagine... a gentrified Detroit.

this

Then there's the issue of neighborhood, blacks will probably break in and loot your home.

Also these.

How much pay we talking?

They've got the internet up there, right?

little do you all know detroit is going to start getting a lot better

that's because gigabit+ fiber ISPs such as google and the like are investing in the city- people are saying it's gonna become the new capital for tech. Companies are going to move there, white programmers and such are going to move there, unfortunately you can't just genocide the native savages but oh well.

>Also is true you can buy a house very cheap?
You can buy houses for a dollar in Michigen but you still have to pay high property taxes. It's a partly a scam to reduce abandonment, blight, etc. Supposedly hipsters are moving into the centre of Detroit, but if you walk just outside of the very centre it's mostly grassland, abandoned buildings and porch monkeys.

>unfortunately you can't just genocide the native savages but oh well.
This t.b.h. Though if they're not property owners you can raise rents and flush them out that way.

No. You're thinking of tax breaks for companies to try to get them to move there and other small measures to help attract people to move in and fix up old houses. But those don't outweigh the downside of:

-living in the worst-crime ridden city in America (in terms of being consistently shitty over a long time)
-living in a city where black teens like to go out and purposely burn down houses for fun before Halloween (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil's_Night), and where scrappers will steal any kind of metal visible off your house (there was a story recently where some nig-nog stole one of those big ACs off of the roof of a nig-nog church and they replaced it with a new one with bars around it) and where like 70% of street-lights don't work because people steal their batteries and sell them
>the houses that are cheap are all broken down and decaying that will cost thousands to repair and pass inspection, not to mention the obscenely high property taxes because Detroit is bankrupt and is under a Financial Emergency manager by the State that they are actively trying their best to get the most out of those who actually pay taxes
>public infrastructure is almost gone, Detroit cops will take hours to respond to a murder in a poor neighborhood and the Public Schools are bankrupt
>if you're white and drive through a predominant black neighborhood and happen to come across a cop, they will often stop you as chances are that you're either there to buy drugs or lost, for your own safety.

Don't do it bro. Even dumb Chinese peasants are smart enough to avoid getting into real estate projects that involve buying property in Detroit and trying to sell it for a higher price.

Detroit does pay you. Alaska does as well, but so does Detroit, along with I think Niagara Falls.

This is what you're in for:

...

>after the video cuts out, the natives cook the whites in a large pot and eat them

You can literally buy a house in Detroit for $1.

HOWEVER

Because people are fleeing from the city of Detroit, the people who still own property in the city have to pay insanely high property taxes. That $1 house will cost you thousands of dollars a year.

Also, the cheap houses are in insanely dangerous neighborhoods. Detroit is bankrupt and can barely pay their police. The police are only on call for a short window of time each day. You couldn't safely visit your lot.

If you have a structure on your lot, you are legally liable for anything that happens on the lot. So if someone gets hurt on your lot, you could get sued. Also, to have a house torn down and hauled away is really expensive, we're talking like $10k.

But yes, technically you can buy a house for $1 in Detroit. But it's not worth it.

pff

unless I have a really shit sense of streetsmarts they seem to be concerned about/caring for them

>motherfucking Detroit
Are you serious?

>concerned bystanders
i mean yea they talk like retards but whats wrong with this
