Have been a NEET for 3 years now

>Have been a NEET for 3 years now
>Could have become a good programmer within this many thousands of hours of freetime that I've had
>Instead all I've done was post shitty memes and chinese pedophilecartoons

And you'll be feeling the same shit another 3 years from now

Don't worry, your free ride will come to an end very soon.
Do or die.

Not if I make a change

The final one?

Yes if i turn my life around by making my time more efficient

Doesn't that apply to literally everything? Just imagine how good you would be at programming, math, art, fitness, etc. if you didn't spend all that time jacking off to hentai pepes

>early morning brain fog
>post-breakfast brain fog
>mid day brain fog
>afternoon "oh my god it's sunny outside and i need to savour my free time and youth by going outside" existential crisis
>early evening going to the gym
>mid evening realisation that if i wasn't a loser I'd be socialising right now so even thinking about learning puts me above 99 % of the population
>early night rememberance of an article about bill gates working 36 hours in a row in college so i should easily be able to do a full days work from 10 pm to 3 am
>midnight brain fog
>late night false hope for the next day while browsing Sup Forums in bed

Good luck, user.

How old are you?

>he fell for the depression meme

haha

Start by making small goals.
>Tomorrow, I will have a healthy breakfast
>The day after, I will have a healthy breakfast and clean up my room
>The day after, I will do that AND take a 1-minute walk outside after cleaning up my room
etc

Excellent advice. Based

I already do all these foolish little things that make no difference.

I've heard all the Jordan Peterson-tier clichés before: "clean up your room", "exercise", "keep a daily planner", "watch motivational videos", " think about the future you and act accordingly". It doesn't kick the mindfog, it doesn't help whatsoever. Everything feels like work. Even acts I'm suppose to enjoy like reading or going to the gym just feel like monotonous effort and exertion over something that will hardly matter.

There is sadness, and depression. I mean genuine clinical depression, not the meme "my burger was slightly overcooked life is not worth living let me die now".

If taking small steps towards normalcy is not possible, consider a visit to a professional. Lingering here on Sup Forums is not going to help cure depression. It will only make it worse, user.

Everyone was thinking it but you went ahead and said it

But what will so called professionals do? Give him an recipe for an stupid antidepressant which will eventually work after taking it for 8 weeks?(or it might give him more brainfog)

I would eat 3 grams of psychedelic mushrooms and be done with it tomorrow.
Actually i did, last week.
I had Depressions since winter (no energy for nothing) did some shrooms, now i am feeling great again. Should have done it earlier.

DMT and Mescaline also work quite well, but they are difficult to get.

Well, thank God you're not just some random person from the net spewing off dangerous pharmaceutical advise, ya know.

Lol, cause fuck that would be stupid to listen to.

well thank god you have the knowledge of the whole word available to you with just some button presses.
You don't need to believe blindly in something, but can actually research it yourself.

start reading books so your time isn't 100% wasted
squeeze 15 minutes of book time into a day, replacing Sup Forums time

Seconding this: The expertise and individual care that a professional gives is invaluable, and definitely something you're not going to get online.

I've succeeded at NEET for the past 18 years.

Don't give up user, stay strong.

hell if you like "chinese pedophilecartoons" why not read lolita?

Cpean your diet
when you eat something watch your stomach how long does it take to digest
Develop a sensitivity for this
You want to avoid foods that take too long
and do this
don't eat at least 16 straight hours a day
Meanig you only eat from 10 to 6 for example
But watch your callories intake you still want to eat enough
You can even make the intevnal smaller but don't make it larger
Drink a lot of water, watch the color of your piss you want it to be clear
Breathe efficiently, people waste way to much energy by inefficient breathing - learn circular breathing
And stop masturbating
If you do this the brain fog will be gone
And of course exercise
Also when you're developing a new habit it takes at least 21 days till your body drops the resistance
You just have to before though it, go 1 habit at a time or you will fail

You need to let go of agency and realise that you probablly wouldn't have amounted to much even if you tried.

I fell for this meme and it was not an easy read. Wouldn't recommend.
