In Europe we use public transport very often. It's easier to do a drive- by if you have a car, but it's harder to draw a graffiti when you have to escape using your car.

My city is famous for it's graffiti. It's pretty neat. I got really annoyed when I went to Spain and every building had a boring anarchist symbol on with 0 originality.
