Just sign up for a trial with them. That's what I did when Amazon locked me out of my account a while back and demanded a fax to help. I'd advise setting up a disposable credit card through Entropay to pay them with though, as you have to fucking call them in Burgerstan to cancel said trial. Worked like a charm to get my account back though.

But my bank account and credit card are new and opened like a month ago. This was my first purchase so it's fucking empty. I did also buy a Steam game to test the credit card and it works, but it has not been charged yet so it's empty, it just shows the amount of money in retention mode until they charge it, I heard it can take a couple of days for Steam, but at least I got my bill, I got my game, and I didn't got my account blocked for no fucking reason, so this means my debit card works and it's a problem with Amazon.
