Why haven't you already bought this drive Sup Forums ?

why haven't you already bought this drive Sup Forums ?

i'm not an americuck

also arent the new versions of these blues?

>doesn't support windows 10
cuz it's a pos?

no, they're actually better 256mb cache thai made drives

No warranty.

Does it have a normal sata drive that i can plug into my desktop?

No BestBuys on mongolia.

Because it's a shit-tier drive, and I can buy four used 2TB HGST enterprise-class drives for the same price.

Drop $60 and we'll talk

I bought 8.

I bought 4. 32tb of raid0

Australia's best buy is basically JB hi Fi and doesn't have this deal sadly.

Because I have a handful of 2TB and 4TB external drives I haven't even cut the tape on yet?

>4 drives
>32TB
>raid 0
There are easier ways to throw your data away

> (OP)
>I bought 4. 32tb of raid0

Hope you don't value your data

Why do you keep posting this?

I'm not a hoarder

because for less money, i got this

>prebuying drives
I bet you buy cars new off the lot, too

>best buy
I need 4 of those for backups but I only pay with paypal, unless they sell them on ebay too then they can fuck off for what I care.

you can use paypal on best buy website

I don't have that much data to save.

>refurbforless

Third time I see this thread. Why is this being shilled so hard?

My PC doesn't have USB 3.0

they are a rebranded hgst drive though

Anyone remember the 3TB and 4TB fiasco?

>90% fail rate

>ssd suddenly dies while in windows
Fucking sandisk
Reeeee~eeeee

Just got told.

Just built my NAS with shucked 6tb blues I got cheap. As much as I'd love to buy more I have no need for them right now

Baka

The whole point of these drives is that inside the enclosure is a full and standard 3.5" Western Digital red 8tb drive.

Buy one, open it up, remove drive, and save terabytes if anime tiddies.

>External hard drives
Why would I even bother?

kys

retard

149 for 3tb
160 for 8tb

Hmmm?

Bought 4, gonna shuck 3 and resell :^)
I even get 3 decent USB 3.0 to SATA converters

yeah I don't like external hard drives taking up valuable desk space

>149 for 3tb
x3
3x3=9
9>8

3x risk of data loss due to failure
3x power consumption
3x more disks to mount
3x more noise

Just got mine but I'm a dumb. How do I strip it and use it as an internal drive?

this desu

>3x risk of data loss due to failure
which is why i also have 6+ 2tb drives

>3x power consumption
>caring about power consumption when my server uses an oc'd 4670k

>3x more disks to mount
>not having a multibay nas

>3x more noise
>having sensitive hearing

inside the enclosure is a normal 3.5" wd red hdd that you can connect to your pc via sata

I'm a leaf but luckily for me my parents are on vacation in the States so I asked them to pick up one for me.
