no, tromso is
Not sure if it qualifies as a "city"
It's alright...dunno why all Norwegians have a hard-on for Bergen, is it some hipster central or what?
>Greater Bergen = 400.000 population
offcourse it is a city
Maybe by Norwegian standards, certainly not by Swedish or Danish. I know the thread is a b8, but still.
easy now Sven
How about this?
kek
In Australia we call that a town
That's a cute fort!! CUTE!!!
Lake > sea
But each to their own.
yeah but Australia has a population bigger than all nordic countries combined
So? The definition of city/town/village is not per-capita proportionate, otherwise the Yaren District in Nauru would be classified a mega city.
All right Australia, calm yourself thinking you're big. 400000 people is like 1/40 of your population, do you only have 40 towns?
>Abdul and Jamals discussing which town they are leeching is better
TOP KEK
It's on the top end of what's considered a town; Newcastle NSW is 434,000 and most people wouldn't refer to it as a city.
Yeah but the people actually living within the "city" is like 250k. It's pretty much Malmö.
>Places with over 15000 people are cities in Finland
Edinburgh 2bh
what the hell kind of animal is dat
you have like 2 bigger cities
>greater bergen
That's the cuck way of adding to the population number.
I was able to visit Bergen last September. It is unbelievably gorgeous there. The locals are also wonderfully kind. Norway is amazing and I'd go back in a heartbeat.
>That's the cuck way of adding to the population number.
There are two islands which are connected with Bergen by bridges. About 100 000 people lives there but they refuse to be part of Bergen city. In all other countries things like this would not even be a question.
>in all other continents*
FTFY
By that logic Malmö should be part of Copenhagen or vice versa.
Don't get me wrong, I think Bergen is beautiful. But you are clearly inflating the population.
the best city in northern europe is O S L O
americans are our bros
Bergen would be ranked as the 8th largst city of France.
