Using a 13" laptop in 2017

>using a 13" laptop in 2017

well obviously, what would be the point of anything bigger?

>t. Mr. Manlet

Jokes on you, I'm using a 12.5' ThinkPad X220.

>using a laptop in 2017

I'm 6'6 tall and I have a 13 inch laptop for college. it's big enough for word and browsing the web, when I come home to my double 27 inch screens it really is better but 13 inch for basic tasks is good enough

>Using a computer in 2017

six foot what?

14 inch ThinkPad T400 with Libreboot here. I'm enjoying my freedom.

So.
Fucking.

When you already own a desktop, literally the only reason to own a laptop is for portability, so why go any bigger?

I would love a 15 inch laptop like the 12 inch macbook or the asus zenbook 3, but nobody makes a “ultrabook” that big

14" is the perfect size for a laptop. Prove me wrong.

Well IMO 14-13 inches are the perfect size for a laptop without a dGPU and just enough CPU power to keep me happy.
I can't desu muh leetbook is 14 inches and its glorious.

>Using any computational machine ever

I have a dGPU in my 13" laptop but I agree 14" with the same weight and the screen resolution would be better.

>15" screen
>14" form factor
Such is the life of XPS 15 users

Unless you use it for creating stuff, laptop + dock station have the advantage.
You can connect it to external monitor for bigger screen.

Yeah only desktops are better for every task, just not productivity and gayming. And much cheaper and modular.

>better for every task,
Like?
>cheaper
You can get decent laptop for half the price of a desktop.
>modular
Unless you do productivity or gayming, you don't need to upgrade your laptop.
C2D is enough to do daily tasks.
