Hardware Unboxed. The sheer amount of benchmarking they do is amazing, testing CPUs and graphics cards with a suite of 30 games, performing multiple runs for each. I still kinda miss the original presenter though, but the guy's not bad.

Only really watch Tech Deals, Hardware Unboxed and Gaymen Nexus. They all do really great in-depth analysis and do lots of benchmarks. I like Tech Deal's emphasis on price/perf ratio.
