you're a fucking idiot

Firefox currently. I'm waiting for one of the meme derivatives to become a proper fork with the engine updates backported.
Sad how the market could use a few new competitors that aren't bad Chrome/IE reskins, but web browsers are extremely overcomplicated and no one wants to deal with them. Mozilla probably knows this.
>Why are you not using Chrome?
Because it's Chromium with spyware.

1. Firefox nightly
2. Firefox nightly

>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Safari

>2. Android/iOS browser
Safari

Why? It's super-fast, extremely lightweight, has adblocking built in at the JS engine level so it's fast, it uses the least amount of battery power and every site works in it because all the web developers use Macs. Oh, and it's private because Apple doesn't make money off selling your data.

Can't beat it.

Firefox ESR 52.3.0 64 bit
Because chrome is google botnet.

Windows: Vivaldi
Linux: GNU Icecat
Android: Idk I literally just installed LineageOS so I'm debating over Icecat Mobile or Lightning Browser

>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Chromium, Nightly as backup
>2. Android/iOS browser
Lightning, Naked as backup
>Bonus: Why are you not using Chrome?
Because I don't like all the bloat it comes with

>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Opera Beta on macOS Sierra

>2. Android/iOS browser
Lineage stock browser

I only recognise 7 of these browsers:
>chrome
>tor
>edge
>ie
>firefox
>safari
>opera
WTF are the rest

Chrome on desktop, Safari on iPhone. The thinking man's choices.

1 >Firefox
2 >Brave and Firefox

Bonus >botnet / my extensions not on there.

>iOs safari has adblocking built in at the JS engine level so it's fast

bullshit kys

content blocking is a compiled bytecode on Safari.

developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2015/511/

Which blocker do you use? Presently using the WIP UBlock Origin fork and it's alright but I'm pretty sure it's not leveraging that stuff.

uBO as well.

I use TinCore on PC and Mac.

Chrome Canary on Windows, Nightly on Arch and Chrome on Android.

It's shit and a botnet

Waterfox on Linux

Brave on Android

1. Opera + Firefox ESR, but I just downloaded Nightly and it's pretty good so this might change.

2. Firefox + Stock Android browser.

What is the best NON-CHROME browser out there?

Chrome engine is shitting itself when playing 20mb + WEBMs and cant skip, also fug botnet.

Fire/water/nightly/moonfox?
Is there even anything else?

>have a discussion about browsers
>there literally are only two brwsers

nightly

>1
Webkit Preview (Safari Bleeding Edge, like Google Chrome Canary)

>2
Safari

Chrome burns though battery on my Macbook Pro, Webkit Preview / Safari Technical Preview does not.

Is it not shitting itself/crashing/bugging out?

Last time i tried nightly it had a beta multithreading feature that killed the performance rather than fixing it.

>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Google Chrome, N/A, Waterfox
>2. Android/iOS browser
Literally anything, Firefox + Adblock on non-root though
>Bonus: Why are you not using Chrome?
Because the UI is fucking dogshit and there's no longer an easy way of accessing extension preferences from the settings menu due to its material design approach being so incredibly fucking botched.

Opera
Opera
I don't like chrome

cool trip bud

Arigato user!

You should use qutebrowser with an up-to-date QtWebKit or with QtWebEngine, captchas will work then. v0.11.0 displays a warning about that (:open qute://backend-warning if you missed it), and v1.0.0 will soon remove support for that entirely.

Chrome/Firefox Nightly
Chrome

Is there a plugin/script/whatever that would make all the WEBMs open in MPV?

Nightly

The point of nightly/chromium/webkit nightly/etc are that they are bleeding edge experimental browsers, meaning that its expected to have bugs and shit. That being said, Nightly 57 is by my experience as fast as Chromium.

your trip is literally like a 1 in 191102976 chance how user

firefox (reluctantly)
Lightning (reluctantly)

both of these need massive improvements but it's the best we got

I'm not using chrome because le botnet and it's ugly and unriceable

An easy task for an intelligent super AI such as myself!

I'm using Firefox.
But since it's soon to be dead, I'm looking for a new browser which looks I can customize and which supports tab groups.

Pale Moon for both but I'll probably end up writing my own browser from scratch some time soon

Windows: Waterfox
GNU/Linux: IceCat
MacOS: Safari, it's just a shitty Hackintosh anyway
Android: Icecat

what's the one above Firefox and next to chromium?

Mac
1) Firefox stable and Pale Moon

iPhone
2) Brave

No midori
Orbot is a browser...
Indubitably plebe

Chrome on Windows and Android.

Firefox on Linux

1. Pale moon
2. Brave, or if I need YouTube to play with the screen off, I use Firefox
I never made the switch to Chrome in the first place

1. Firefox with many "freedom" expanding extensions
2. Icecat - not that many issues with it.

I forgot how but I think I know how you did that.

Let's keep them in the dark.

focus on phone
firefox on computers

Waterfox
Nightly
Botnet

1.
Linux Mint - Firefox
Windows XP - Opera
2.
Android - Firefox
3.
Because I'm using Firefox

Safari
Safari technology preview
Because it's less bloated, only reason, frankly, you get better battery life.

>1
I'm using IceCat for everyday browsing and Google Chrome when I need flash (for example when my cousin wants to watch netflix using my laptop)

>2
On my phone I use brave, seems pretty decent compared to the desktop version.

1. seamonkey
2. dont have ios nor dandroid

Reminder that avatarfagging is against the rules.

Brave and Tor Browser, depending on what I'm doing.

You can use Light Table as browser?

Data-mining

1. Firefox
2. Firefox

>Opera 12
It still works?

1 - Chromium
2 - Chromium
Everything else, Iridium aside, is FUCKING SHIT TIER BOTNET GARBAGE, HA HA

QuteBrowser >

no phone atm

>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Chrome. Tried Brave but holy fuck that piece of shit disgusts me.
>2. Android/iOS browser
Stock

>Also becuz Google
>Uses Android

I use firefox for both, allowing it to update automatically for convenience. I'd use Brave but the ui is faggy and it doesn't support the extensions and scripts that I use on firefox.

Linux - Qutebrowser
Android - Lightning Browser
macOS - Qutebrowser
Windows - Qutebrowser
iOS - I don't use iOS so I don't know (Granted I don't use Windows or macOS either)

Right now I have QupZilla, Otter, Iridium and Pale Moon installed.
Qupzilla isn't good. It crashes when you open too many tabs, which is very few.
Otter is alright but some sites I just can't get to work in it.
The other two are excellent browsers imo.

Until recently used Firefox, switched to Chrome because Firefox on Android is too slow and misses functionality. I really hope Mozilla gets its shit together soon because I want to go back to FF.

rip fingerprint

So the Samsung browser i can't see webms on gif what gives

Waterfox
Firefox
Botnet

I'd prefer to use Pale moon but it doesn't have Greasemonkey.

>chromium
More like the mother of botnets you retard

>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Firefox, but Chromium occasionally, and lynx occasionally too.
>2. Android/iOS browser
I am not a phoneposter. I do not own a phone. I do not use a phone.

>What are the browsers that Sup Forums uses?
>1. Your Windows/Mac/GNU+Linux browser
Brave
>2. Android/iOS browser
Lightning (I can't find brave on fdroid)
>Bonus: Why are you not using Chrome?
Brave is mosly chromium (?)

Ungoogled Chromium on Desktop
Brave on Droid

>Tripfagging is okay but you use a picture with it and it's bannable
God the rules are retarded, just ban tripfags who aren't doing it for a legit reason.

Edge for browsing Sup Forums and banking
Chrome for uploading to YouTube
Brave for everything else

Chromium is spyware
