we finally could undervolt it to fiji levels and now it has 1070 power draw with 1080 perfomance(for the 56..my 64 has 30 watts more than a 1070 and 10% more perf than a 1080 note than i only underclock it thus making the card to automatic increase the clock a bit to sustain the profiles)

because the card didnt had any power profile since the drivers were pre alpha and the card was on 1.2v normally since its fiji basicly the card should be around 1000 1100 resulting on lower power draw better clocks and lower temps
